ROLE OVERVIEW
Are you a relationship builder and strategic marketer who knows how to identify, vet,
and partner with content creators who truly resonate with target audiences? Do you
enjoy negotiating deals, managing campaign logistics, and turning creator
partnerships into measurable performance? As our Influencer Marketing Specialist,
you will develop, execute, and scale influencer outreach strategies, working directly
with content creators, talent managers, and U.S.-based clients to maximize brand
reach, credibility, and campaign ROI.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Influencer Sourcing & Vetting: Prospect, identify, and evaluate relevant
influencers and content creators across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube,
LinkedIn) based on brand alignment, engagement metrics, audience
demographics, and authenticity.
● Outreach & Relationship Management: Lead end-to-end outreach campaigns
to recruit new talent, negotiate partnership terms/rates, manage contracts, and
build long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies.
● Campaign Briefing & Content Management: Draft clear creative briefs, guide
creators on brand guidelines and key messaging, coordinate content
deliverables, and ensure strict quality control and FTC compliance before
publication.
● Client & Stakeholder Communication: Participate in strategic calls with
U.S.-based clients to present influencer rosters, campaign roadmaps, monthly
performance summaries, and ROI recommendations.
● Performance Analytics & ROI Tracking: Monitor campaign KPIs (engagement
rate, impressions, conversions, promo code usage, ROI, CPA), analyzing data to
optimize future partnerships and roster selection.
● Industry & Creator Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of influencer marketing
trends, creator economy dynamics, platform updates, and viral content formats
to keep brand partnerships fresh and competitive.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
● Proven Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience as an Influencer
Marketing Specialist, Creator Relations Manager, or similar role in a marketing
agency or dynamic digital brand.
● Advanced English Proficiency: Professional written and spoken English fluency,
with confidence participating in active video calls with U.S.-based clients and
pitching creators.
● Tooling & Analytics Expertise: Experience using influencer discovery and
management platforms (e.g., Grin, Upfluence, Modash, CreatorIQ, Phyllo, or
AspireIQ) and project management tools (Notion, Airtable, Monday, or Asana).
● Negotiation & Campaign Execution: Strong track record in contract negotiation,
budget allocation, brief creation, and managing short-form video campaigns
(Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
● Core Competencies: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
strong analytical mindset, meticulous organizational ability, and a proactive
problem-solving attitude.

● Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. PT (U.S. Pacific Time)
● Location: 100% Remote
● Compensation: 750$ - 850$
