• Dealer & Network Support: Act as a key resource for dealer networks and internal operations.
• Escalation Management: Identify chronic/severe customer dissatisfaction and escalate to internal departments (operations, product support
• Manage and follow up on dealer requests related to orders, shipments, deliveries, delays, and parts issues.
• Investigate and resolve dealer inquiries, including backorders, missing or incorrect parts, and delivery concerns.
• Research and authorize credits for returns, incomplete shipments, and freight charge discrepancies.
• Serve as a key point of contact for dealers and internal teams, collaborating with purchasing, logistics, and transportation departments.
• Handle complex or sensitive issues, proposing and negotiating effective solutions via phone, email, or chat.
• Escalate critical customer concerns and recurring issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Track and manage cases through ticketing systems, ensuring timely follow-up and SLA compliance.
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.
